I cooked daging masak kicap w/o garam and minyak pun!! πŸ€ͺπŸ‚

 


entah do like sedap siot aku masak 😩 harini malas nak speaking hampa tak faham tak faham la maleh aku sibuk cakap bahasa orang lain, bahasa sendiri terbiar eh tiber ter-emo hahahahaha.  okay so cerita dia ayah aku ni kan garang gila. like garang sangat sampai aku kadang2 stress dengan diri sendiri sebab takut sangat. padahal bapak sendiri je pun.  πŸ˜‚ tak kisah la yang tu tapi time tu ayah aku ada mesej dalam group whatsApp, tanya lunch apa, sebab time tu dia otw balik and dia nak lunch kat rumah terus, malas nak beli2 dekat luar. tapi time dia mesej tu, aku dengan adik aku tengah tengok movie 😬 so mana ada masa ken nak baca and nak prepare masak kan. pastu masa tu dalam 20 minit lagi bapak aku nak sampai rumah, aku pulak baru jek baca mesej2 dia siot betul HAHAHAHA aku apa lagi pecut l keluarkan daging lembu keras beku mat dengan tak dipotong lagi. 

so 20 minit dari sekarang, aku teruih rendam daging tu dalam air pastu mcm usik2 sikit ngan tangan biar dia cepat defrost. Daging tu ada sikit je, bahasa cantik dia nak kasi ampa faham, exclusive la macam tu. hm πŸ™„ so aku pikiaq nak masak apa ek ni dah la lagi beberapa minit je bapak aku tercacak depan pintu tu HAHAHAHAH aku terus masak nasi. ye weh, BARU NAK MASAK NASI HAHAHAHAHAHA. Ingat nak masak nasi goreng, lepastu add la daging tu kan, TAK PAYAH!! haram tak cukup masa! so aku teringat pulerk menu favourite masa dekat kampus haritu, Nasi putih + Daging masak kicap. 

Jadi dihari yang mulia ini, saya dengan rendah diri nak rekod resepi Daging Masak Kicap emak saya that requires no cooking oil and salt AT ALL. so here are the ingredients;

1. Daging (cut petak2)
2. 8 ulas bawang putih, 1 inci halia ( tumbuk dalam lesung batu ) 
3. kicap masin ked ked je. Kicap manis macam tak worked well la awaknya hurm πŸ₯Ί

okay lepastu tuang je kicap dalam pinggan yang ada daging tadi sampai tenggelam (ingat yee "tenggelam", tu keyword dia!! 😀) and masukkan bawang dengan halia yang dah ditumbuk, boleh la amik sudu pastu gaul2 bagi sebati, taknak sudu pun takpe kalau rasa tangan tu ada berkat nak ada 'air tangan' lah kononnya kan ha sukati. 

lepastu kita kasi dia chill for 15 minutes ikut la nak letak suhu bilik boleh, dalam fridge pun boleh. as for me, aku biaq ja atas meja sebab dok pikiaq sempat ke dok nok masok. πŸ™ƒ 

done bela janggut 15 minit, amik pan bukak api kasi ada asap2 ked pastu tuang je semua daging dalam pinggan tadi sekali dengan kicap2 tu. Biar sampai kering. 

Nak bagi presentable , sila-sila la tabuq apa2 atas dia, if you ask me then i just cut some peppers pastu tabur je sebab tak makan sayur kan hshshshs. 

cukup la 20 - 25 minit nak prepare sekian plus healthy jugak la macam tu hehehe.

Hello!! So it's my 1st time doing this kinda content since some of u wondering about how i wear my hijab.. well, it is just a hijabi classic look ! But since everyone still wondering how.. To be honest I am really bad at wearing hijab.. obviously you can see how i look like at school. My mum keep telling me it's alright to look ugly sometimes as long as u have a good wide mind. Facts about me: too many names

 29 nov 2020.  Today my fellow brought my friends and i to some groceries shopping in Gambang. I have to admit that the town is kind of gloomy since it is surrounded by trees and jungles. There are a lot of buildings though but not as high as in my home sweet home, Klang. And most of the buildings are empty. I guess because half of the citizens here work in Selangor though. Hm.  Because of the pandemic Covid19, the university only allow 3 students to go out, so there went Zulaikha my roomate, Zulaikha my new roomate, and I. We sent our matric numbers and some biodata to the upper management and we were finally at the grocery store. There are only 19 students who chose to stay at the campus until the end of semester 2 next year, which is going to be conducted online. So 16 students who remained at the campus, texted us about the stuffs they wanted to buy.  Everyone wrote their desires in the whatsapp group i made before. Huaaaaa i feel like my house is going to drown in a few minutes. I wanna cryyyyy πŸ₯ΊπŸ₯Ί. I'm not going to make this as formal like usual. this entry is going to be extra special. 1st day keluar rumah after 7 minggu captived in my humble crib

7 Ramadan 2020, 1st day keluar rumah after 7 weeks terperangkap, Smiled at literally everyone. πŸ₯° Semalam, alhamdulillah, Umi told us that dah boleh keluar rumah berdua!!!! So i begged Umi to take me out, i can help angkat2 barang dapur, or apa2 je but please please please bring me see the light of the day.  " barang dapur pun dah habis, kalau dah boleh keluar berdua, ha jomlah esok pergi Ramly. " Sejak pkp ni, Papa je selalu beli barang dapur. Tapi since my father is working dengan something related to perhubungan, jadi masa PKP ni beliau sangat2 la diperlukan. Selamani, o/station 3 hari je, 3 hari kerja balik petang, and 1 hari cuti whole day (ya u might want to scream at me ha tengok pengorbanan sang ayah! ). Tapi PKP ni, dia kena o/station 4-5 hari and 1 hari cuti, 1 hari lagi balik time berbuka je & pergi kerja balik lepastu balik tengah malam.
